All frequently asked questionsHow do I pass on a name or text?For products with personalization you choose the personalized version and enter the name or text on the product page. We print exactly what you enter, so check the spelling carefully.When will my order be shipped?Orders that come in on business days before 3:00 PM usually ship the same day. In the United States your package then usually arrives within 2 to 5 business days with UPS Express.Can I return my order?Non-personalized products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalized print cannot be returned, because we make it especially for you. If anything is wrong with your order, we will always help you find a solution.
