Manage your privacy choices
As described in our Privacy Policy, we process personal information from your interactions with our store, for example with an order or through the necessary storage in your browser. This page explains what choices you have about that and where to adjust them.

What Data We Use
We process the data needed to fulfill your order: your name, address, email address and the contents of your order. Visitor statistics are measured without cookies and without a profile; exactly what we record and why is fully explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
No Sale of Personal Data
Some privacy laws, including those of several U.S. states such as California, give you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Studio Miron does not sell personal data and does not share your data with advertising partners for targeted advertising on other websites. If you say yes to ad measurement, we send measurement data to Google for that purpose alone, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. There is therefore no sale to opt out of, and without your consent nothing is shared.
Those state laws work with an opt-out model: sharing may happen until you object. Our practice is stricter than that model requires, because sharing personal data for targeted advertising simply does not happen without your prior consent. If your browser sends an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, that changes nothing for you either way: there is no sale or sharing the signal would need to switch off.
Your Choice About Ad Measurement
The only thing we ask your consent for is ad measurement: only after you say yes in the cookie banner may Google's measurement code load. As long as you choose nothing or say no, nothing loads. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page, or directly here:
Exercising Your Rights
Do you want to know what data we have about you, have it corrected or deleted, or exercise your other rights, for example objection, restriction or portability under the GDPR, or the rights your state privacy law gives you? Then email hello@studiomiron.com. In the Privacy Policy you can read what rights you have and how we handle such a request.
If you disagree with how we handle your personal data, you can file a complaint with the California Privacy Protection Agency (cppa.ca.gov) if you live in California, or with the privacy regulator of your own state. You can also contact the Belgian data protection authority, the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be), since Studio Miron is based in Belgium.
