At Studio Miron, we care about your experience. While we follow all legal guidelines regarding returns, our goal is simple: we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If anything is not right, we will help you find a solution.
Can I Return My Order?
Most of our products are personalized and made to order. These items are excluded from the legal right of withdrawal under EU and international consumer law. This includes products with custom names, texts, designs or formats.
However, if there is an issue such as a printing error or damage during shipping, please contact us. We treat each case individually and will offer a suitable solution such as a reprint or refund where appropriate.
Non-Personalized Items
If you ordered a non-personalized item, you may return it within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Contact us first at hello@studiomiron.com so we can register your return and guide you through the next steps.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
