Article 1: General Provisions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by a visitor to the e-commerce website www.studiomiron.com ("Customer"). By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions. Any exceptions must be confirmed in writing in advance. Studio Miron reserves the right to change these terms at any time, in accordance with legal requirements.
Article 2: Prices
All prices are listed in euros, pounds or US dollars and include VAT (where applicable) and other legally required taxes.
Shipping or administrative fees, if applicable, will be stated separately before checkout. Prices apply only to the products as described. Photos may contain decorative elements not included in the price.
Article 3: Offer
We aim to present our products and descriptions with the greatest care. However, it is possible that information is incomplete or contains errors. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding. If you have questions about sizes, materials or availability, please contact us before ordering.
Offers remain valid while supplies last and may be changed or withdrawn by Studio Miron at any time.
Article 4: Payment
Studio Miron offers secure and reliable payment options for all online purchases. You can choose from the following methods:

- iDEAL
- PayPal
- Visa / Mastercard
All transactions are processed through trusted providers and take place in a secure, encrypted environment. Your order will only be prepared after successful payment.
Studio Miron reserves the right to cancel or delay an order in case of payment issues, suspected fraud or incomplete information.
Article 5: Delivery
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer. We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.
Unless otherwise agreed, orders are delivered within 30 days. If your parcel is visibly damaged or items are missing upon delivery, contact us within 8 days with photos and a description.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer once the goods are physically received.
Article 6: Retention of Ownership
All products remain the property of Studio Miron until full payment has been received.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
This right applies only to customers purchasing as consumers.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, unless the product is excluded from this right.
Personalized products made to your specifications (such as name, text, photo, format or design) are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded. However, if anything is wrong with your order, we will always work with you to find a suitable solution.
To exercise the right of withdrawal for eligible products, notify us clearly in writing (email or post) within 14 days. Return shipping is at the Customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed. Products must be unused, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Article 8: Warranty
Consumers are entitled to legal warranty rights under Belgian law. This warranty covers defects not caused by misuse, accident, wear or improper care. To claim warranty, you must provide a valid proof of purchase.
Article 9: Non-payment
In the event of non-payment, the Customer owes interest from the date of default. Studio Miron also reserves the right to reclaim unpaid goods.
Article 10: Privacy
We collect personal data only for internal use: order processing, customer service and communication. Your data will never be shared with third parties without consent. You have the right to access, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting hello@studiomiron.com.

Article 11: Intellectual Property
All designs, texts and images on this website are the intellectual property of Studio Miron and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.
Article 12: Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the EU (including to the UK, United States and Canada) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the Customer. Studio Miron has no control over such fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Article 13: Local Compliance
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the ordered products comply with local laws or regulations in their country.
Article 14: Language
These terms are available in English only. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by the English version.
Article 15: Governing Law
All agreements with Studio Miron are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the registered seat of Studio Miron have jurisdiction.
