That depends on your choice. If you personalize this product, we print it especially for you and by law the right of withdrawal does not apply; so check your text carefully. If you leave the personalization empty, you have 30 days to return it. If something is wrong with the print or the delivery, we will of course always make it right.
What paper do you print on?
On sturdy paper that we choose per design, usually 300 g/m². All our paper is FSC-certified. Which types we use is listed in the frequently asked questions.
